（中央社華盛頓28日綜合外電報導）美國總統當選人川普（Donald Trump）今天在推特推文表示，除非哈瓦那當局在人權和開放其經濟上讓步，他將終止美國與古巴的和解協議。

川普在推文中表示：「如果古巴不願為古巴人民、古巴與美國人民以及美國整體謀求更好的協議，我將終止協議。」

川普的高階幕僚昨天保證，川普將與古巴敲定「更好的協議」，但未說明此舉會否影響總統歐巴馬任內和古巴達成的歷史性融冰。

斐代爾．卡斯楚（Fidel Castro）25日辭世後，共和黨重量級人士稱他是萬惡的暴君，但川普身邊人無一直接放話會終止歐巴馬2014年和古巴總統勞爾．卡斯楚（Raul Castro）簽訂的政治開放協議。

但川普幕僚昨天明確指出，他們認為，諸如放寬美國1962年宣布的經濟禁運等等，歐巴馬政府對哈瓦那讓步太多，但在人權、民主與自由市場經濟方面卻未得到太多回報。

川普的幕僚長蒲博思（Reince Priebus）昨天對「福斯新聞」（Fox News）表示：「我們必須敲定更好的協議。」

「要有開放和自由的關係，鎮壓、開放市場、宗教自由、政治犯這種種事情都需要改變，總統當選人川普是這麼認為的。」

蒲博思表示，川普會確定「美國和古巴的關係，不會是得不到卡斯楚政府些許行動的單行道」。1051129
